As ATB's next Senior Product Manager, Commercial Lending , you are a visionary with exceptional ability to execute while listening to our clients and team members. You bring expertise to your jobs to be done and problems to be solved, ensuring a balance between end users and enterprise objectives. You understand commercial lending, people, process, technology, and innovation as well as the fine thread that binds all these together to drive value for ATB clients.
You will work closely with experts in product management, design , research and development and inspire others to build experience clients love. You build actionable plans to manage through the product life cycle through listening to clients, aligning with senior partners and leaders in ATB business and Capital Markets, driving delivery of products our clients need. You will help maximize the potential and adoption of commercial lending products by establishing performance benchmarks, usage metrics that drive KPIs and growth.
You\'ll be curious and understand trends, anticipate market needs, monitor the competition, and ensure ATB is always leading for our clients and Team Members.
