Summary
The Senior Product Manager oversees the Airfreight product. This role focuses on developing and executing product strategies, improving product performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and enhance products and services.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, maintenance, and enhancement.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, pricing, and promotional materials.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify and implement improvements.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and provide actionable insights to the organization.
• Identify market opportunities and recommend strategies to address them.
• Support sales and marketing teams in promoting and selling products to customers.
• Provide training and materials to ensure teams are equipped with product knowledge.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure product delivery meets customer expectations.
• Address operational challenges and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Drive efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement across gateways by leading projects and process initiatives.
• Enhance operational performance at gateways through data-driven analysis and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee and execute key improvement projects, including capacity optimization and digital process transformation.
• Ensure initiatives align with global operational standards and overall business objectives.

Educational background / Work experience

• 7+ years of experience in product management or related roles in the transportation and logistics industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with international logistics and freight forwarding, with focus on Airfreight.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and industry-specific technology platforms.

• Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with data analysis and market research.
• In-depth knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry, including gateway operations and supply chain best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau); familiarity with ERP or TMS systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Ability to influence and drive change across regional and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving business needs and priorities.

Language skills

• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Computer Literacy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant software.
• Experience with data analysis and market research tool
