We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team! This person will work across our enterprise SaaS corporate purpose and social impact ecosystem to deliver high-quality user experiences. As the product designer, you will play a vital role in creating user-centered designs that solve complex problems and drive product growth.

What you\'ll do:

• Work closely with the Analytics & Insights product team to identify and prioritize user needs and develop product design strategies that align with business objectives
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and can be implemented within technical constraints
• Continuously iterate and improve product designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
• Help maintain and contribute to design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency and scalability across the product
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and technology, and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement

What you will bring:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in product design and UX/UI design
• Experience in designing and delivering products, preferably for the B2B SaaS market
• Knowledge of design thinking principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing methodologies
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
