People Can Fly is seeking a Senior Producer to join our team of developers working on a AAA Unreal Engine VR game. As the Senior Producer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of the project within the given timeline and budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the production team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of the game
  • Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring they are up to date and reflect changes made during development
  • Work with the project stakeholders, including designers, programmers, artists, and QA team to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Provide regular progress updates to the management team on the status of the project
  • Ensure that the team is adhering to the development process and standards
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency within the production team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including publishers, licensors, and vendors
  • Facilitate and improve internal development processes
  • Collaborate with Leads and Directors to manage production of features in our game
  • Manage development teams and advocate for their needs
  • Work with and lead other Producers to create realistic schedules and mitigate risks/blockers
  • Communicate with publishing partners and external vendors with tact and professionalism
Qualifications

Requirements:
  • At least one AAA multi-platform title shipped as a Producer
  • Experience with a title from concept phase
  • Experience in managing multiple teams of 20 people
  • Experience with current generation console full game development cycle and submission process
  • Exceptional project management and leadership skills
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • High work ethic and self-motivated
  • Experience with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Google Suite
  • Internal production experience with a developer and/or external publishing experience at a publisher
  • Passion for Games
