The responsibilities will include: 
 Ensuring efficient flow of requisitions, purchase orders, and corresponding follow up commitments 
 Sourcing and arranging logistics services for incoming shipments of materials, supplies and equipment 
 Communicating with affected employees/departments regarding exceptions or delays with planned deliveries and working proactively with suppliers to resolve issues 
 Overseeing BIOVECTRA/Agilent's Customs Self-Assessment (CSA) program 
 Working with assigned suppliers to review service levels, pricing, opportunities for (quality) improvement and/or cost savings within the category management framework 
 Negotiating contracts, contract pricing and/or service level agreements for corresponding supplies or services 
 Supporting the procurement strategy on-boarding process for new projects 
 Participating in the supplier approval/re-approval program 
 Sourcing assigned new or alternate materials, supplies or services, while following BIOVECTRA/Agilent's quality system requirements 
Qualifications 
Required: 
 Post Secondary Education 
 Three years of relevant experience 
 Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft, Excel) 
 Able to work independently 
Desired: 
 Leadership experience 
 Contract negotiation experience with international clients 
 cGMP experience 
Additional Details 
 This job has a full time weekly schedule. 
 The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $67,978.00 - $106,215.00/yr CAD plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
