Our Agriculture client is looking for an Intermediate Procurement Advisor to manage end-to-end RFx process for IT vendors using AribaMust Have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Procurement, Contracts, or Supply Chain Management
• Experience with IT category (SAAS, service providers, hardware, etc)
• Ability to negotiate vendor contracts, collaborating with key corporate stakeholders
• Experience managing end-to-end RFx process with-in Ariba or similar tool
• Experience with SAP ECC

• Experience with Oracle
• Certifications in Procurement (SCMP/CPSM)

• Negotiate vendor contracts, collaborating with key corporate stakeholders such as IT, HR, Finance, Facilities
• Administration of contracts & amendments in the appropriate contract management and sourcing systems
• Writing contract executive summaries & securing contract signatures to maintain records up to date
• Gather scopes of work, specifications, volumes, etc., to guide internal customer needs and develop RFx packages
• Liaison with Cyber Security, Privacy and Insurance teams ensuring minimum requirements are met where applicable

• Extracting, analyzing, and managing spend data from both SAP & Oracle\xe2\x80\xa2
• Manage end-to-end RFx process for corporate groups, including HR, IT, Finance, Corporate Development, and Strategy
• Coordinate internal stakeholders\' discussions on RFx packages and evaluations
• Develop sourcing and procurement strategies to meet the requirements of corporate functions
• Provide timely responses to supplier inquiries and engage appropriate stakeholders as needed
• Calculating and inputting cost savings in the system
• Monitoring and tracking of contract & spend compliance & savings
• Perform additional tasks as defined by the Corporate Procurement Lead
