THE POSITION:

EVERSANA\xc2\xae MANAGEMENT CONSULTING combines deep industry and functional area knowledge with specialized expertise in market assessment, analytics, and strategy development. Our global experts help industry executives address their most pressing business challenges.

We are the strategic advisory arm of EVERSANA\xc2\xae, serving a broad range of large and small biopharma, med tech and digital therapeutics companies. As part of EVERSANA\xc2\xae, we integrate our strategic planning with launch excellence and commercial execution to provide end-to-end commercialization support to our clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking an experienced consultant in the healthcare and life sciences industry with the primary responsibility of developing new business and client engagement.

  • Develop new business and client engagement
  • Grow the practice by leading strategic business development and solution sales efforts to improve the outcomes for our life science clients.
  • Develop, broaden and deepen the CAST (Canadian Advisory Services Team) partnership with a portfolio of North American clients.
  • Leverage your life science subject matter expertise to serve as an external & internal facing expert.
  • Support the development of junior team members by coaching and expanding their skillset when appropriate.
  • Lead and advise client engagements across our markets.
  • Ability to design and sell solution-oriented engagements and the growth of a book of business.
  • P&L responsibility

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Bachelor\'s degree required; Advanced degree(s) (e.g., MBA, PhD, MD) highly preferred
  • Demonstrated strong track record of success in selling\xe2\x80\x94and leading the delivery of\xe2\x80\x94strategy consulting engagements to life sciences companies
  • 10+ years of project leadership and management experience at consulting firm
  • A strong understanding of dynamics and issues in the biopharma industry
  • Possess a forward-thinking leadership approach
