Connected devices are a key focus area for us, and we currently require a high energy individual to join the team as the Senior Pricing Manager - Private Wireless Networks. In this role, you will play a key role in creating and executing our pricing strategy for the PWN portfolio.
Reporting to the Manager of IoT & IS Pricing, you will be an integral member of a core team entrusted to manage custom pricing strategy and day to day deal management for PWN opportunities. Your strategic and analytical lens will ensure that recommendations are rooted in meeting both our business priorities and financial objectives. You must be able to define business problems, perform rigorous data analyses, while investigating clear paths to inform and arrive at actionable decisions. Most importantly, you will leverage the breadth of your skills and experience to shift between deep analysis to clear recommendations to pricing execution.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do
  • Collaborate to support Sales Teams while consulting them on pricing strategies for PWN products and services
  • Build innovative pricing strategies and solutions for our sales team and customers
  • Measuring effectiveness of key initiatives, analyzing customer and market trends, and swiftly pivoting when required backed by data driven insights
  • Nurture relationships with our key stakeholders in product and sales, and other areas of business including within marketing, operations, planning and finance to ensure our IoT portfolio is competitive and enables us to achieve profitable growth
  • Take part in weekly forums with the leadership team to review business performance and inform key pricing decisions to help achieve the business objectives
  • Build financial models and maintain all tracking information and processes up to date
  • Become a trusted advisor and a SME of your portfolio



Qualifications



What you bring:
  • Self-starter, highly organized with great work ethics
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and clearly communicate recommendations
  • Experience in consumer or business pricing environments
  • Previous experience with financial modeling or forecasting
  • Strong analytical and business problem solving skills with expertise in Gsuite tools, or the equivalents
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and detail oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Sharp negotiation skills and are adept at managing escalations with executive visibility
  • Strong cross-functional partner and have experience working across broad stakeholder groups

Great-to-haves:
  • Knowledge of PWN and telecommunications networks
  • University or college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
  • MBA degree preferred but not required #LI-Remote
