This position ensures that Agencys policies and procedures are in-place, or developed to address gaps, to align to applicable legislation, service best practices, and the Agencys mission, values, and principles. This position works collaboratively with senior leaders across the organization to develop a strong understanding of the requirements of PQI initiatives and outcomes.
