Your job

Be a specialist in business banking solutions, including credit facilities, cash management, and commercial financing. Recommend customized strategies to meet the unique needs of business clients (operating lines, term loans, equipment financing, etc.). Provide expert guidance and ensure files are managed with precision and professionalism. Collaborate closely with investment advisors to integrate business banking into holistic financial planning. Maintain strong relationships with internal partners to ensure seamless client experiences and uphold our Advisor promise. Drive business development through proactive outreach, client meetings, and strategic follow-ups.

The Vice-President of NBF Banking Centres leads a dynamic group of over 25 specialists who work collaboratively to deliver innovative banking solutions. Our team thrives on agility, continuous improvement, and a shared commitment to excellence.



You will report to the Sales Manager in the NBF Banking Centres sector. Our team is recognized for its deep expertise in business banking and its dedication to supporting advisors with care and diligence. We offer flexible, strategic solutions that turn referrals into long-term business relationships. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience in business banking (or a master's degree and 4 years of experience). Proven experience in business development and advisory services. Strong knowledge of commercial credit products and transaction banking. Ability to work independently, build trust-based relationships, and collaborate effectively. Willingness to travel occasionally (5% to 10%).
