Title: Senior Performance Test Engineer (LoadRunner, Insurance Domain)

This role requires a deep understanding of performance testing in the insurance domain, specifically with tools like LoadRunner and Performance Center. Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Information Technology, specifically in performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with Client LoadRunner and Performance Center.
• Expertise in various types of performance tests including Load, Stress, and Endurance testing.
• Experience in writing LoadRunner scripts manually and client-side.
• Exposure to the Property and Auto insurance business domain.
• Knowledge of Guidewire.
• Experience working on Agile projects.
• Good knowledge of monitoring client-side and server-side performance metrics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct performance testing using LoadRunner and Performance Center.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance of applications.
• Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights.
