Process payroll accurately for multiple regions, including Canada, the United States and other regions.
Manage payroll transactions and employee records with precision.
Utilize Timeco and Ceridian software for time tracking and benefits administration.
Prepare employment letters and assist with payroll inquiries.
Reconcile bonus reports and maintain vacation/sick leave balances.
Administer company benefits programs and assist with workers\' compensation claims.
Support cross-functional projects as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
Proficient in using payroll software such as SAP, Timeco and Ceridian.
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements in Canada and the United States.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll transactions.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information with discretion.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Solid problem-solving skills and ability to resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.
Experience with benefits administration and workers\' compensation claims management is a plus
