Your role
: The Senior Partner, Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) will enhance and execute on planned OD talent management activities in the areas of employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, team effectiveness, change management, talent review, succession planning, competency development and leadership development. This position is involved in a variety of enterprise projects that have a high impact on Medicago globally. This role is remote, it can be based anywhere in Canada, and master of French and English is essential.
What your days would look like:

  • Assists in the planning, development and implementation of global enterprise learning and organizational development initiatives;
  • Fosters employee experience by managing the corporate enterprise engagement strategy through our corporate engagement platform
  • Supports corporate diversity and inclusion strategy and actions
  • Designs team effectiveness workshops with HRBPs;
  • Enhances Medicago change management practices;
  • Ensures flawless execution of existing and new annual cyclical talent processes, talent reviews and succession planning;
  • Facilitates soft skills and core competency development;
  • Designs or source vendors for leadership and coaching programs targeting supervisors, directors and executive leaders levels;


Required
profile:
  • Bilingual English & French (spoken and written)
  • Experience in designing, consulting and advising on global and enterprise learning and organizational development solutions
  • Knowledge or strong interest in diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Exceptional communication, co-creation and partnering skills
  • Superior analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and high impact deliverables
  • Change management and personality/leadership assessment certifications an asset.
