SAP Business Transformation Management (Signavio and LeanIX) is seeking a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to support our go-to-market activities.

YOUR ROLE



Design and deliver engaging and effective webinars and instructor lead trainings (virtual and in-person) for partners that enable SAP partners to sell, implement and use SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio solutions in projects with end customers Represent SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio at partner events, webinars, and industry conferences. Support the development and continuous improvement of SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio partner enablement tools and best-practice guides Own the continuous improvement cycle for defined partner enablement assets, leveraging feedback from partners and partner business managers Work closely with the SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio product marketing to ensure training materials are aligned with product updates and releases. Serve as an SAP internal advocate for partner enablement needs, influencing product roadmaps and marketing programs with feedback from partners and partner business managers Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio solutions and how the can get applied for key use case. Stay current with the quarterly SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio product features and enhancements

YOUR PROFILE



Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, or related roles within the software or enterprise solutions industry. Experience with SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio or similar business process management and enterprise architecture tools is preferred. Proven track record in designing and delivering virtual and in-person training sessions and webinars. Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person audiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly. Ability to clearly communicate technical product features and benefits of SaaS solutions as the ones from SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio Strong collaboration skills, working closely with product marketing, business managers, and other internal stakeholders. Ability to represent SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio at partner events, webinars, and industry conferences. Experience working in a global, transformative, fast-paced organization

SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $133,300 - 285,200 (CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
