Overview:



Rank Media is hiring a Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead performance marketing across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Tik Tok, Linked In, Reddit for a portfolio of high-growth brands. This is a senior-level position for someone with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience driving measurable results through paid media.

You'll play a pivotal role in both client success and business growth, acting as a performance strategist, client consultant, and cross-functional collaborator with creative, analytics, and sales teams. You must be data-driven, client-savvy, and capable of owning strategy end-to-end.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, who brings agency or high-volume brand experience, and who can back their instincts with data.

We need someone who can proactively conceptualize effective ad assets, either by developing creatives on your own or clearly directing creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own campaign strategy, execution, and optimization

across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and LTV growth for eCommerce clients

Develop media plans, forecasts, and testing roadmaps

tailored to each client's growth objectives and budget constraints Serve as the

primary point of contact

for clients on all paid media matters--leading strategy calls, communicating results, and proactively identifying growth opportunities Build and present

data-rich, visually compelling performance reports

using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and/or Sheets Collaborate with creative teams on

ad concepting, testing, and iteration

, with a focus on performance-driven creative

Launch, manage, and optimize affiliate marketing programs

, ensuring they complement paid media strategies and drive incremental revenue Stay informed about emerging AI applications in paid media and proactively test new tools or workflows that can improve campaign management, creative iteration, or attribution accuracy Work with internal sales and leadership teams to

support new business pitches

, present media strategies, and attend client meetings, both virtual and in-person (travel may be required up to 10-20%) Stay ahead of industry changes,

platform updates, and algorithm shifts

, and apply this knowledge to keep clients competitive Ensure adherence to

best practices in campaign structure, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget pacing

Actively

mentor junior media buyers

or cross-functional team members when needed
Required Qualifications

7+ years

of direct, hands-on experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns (not oversight, execution matters) Demonstrated success driving performance for

eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC)

brands Deep understanding of

conversion tracking

, GA4, attribution models, and paid media analytics Strong

client-facing communication skills

, with experience in presenting strategy and results to executive stakeholders Advanced proficiency in

Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, GA4, and platform-native reporting tools

Experience with affiliate campaigns Experience with OPE/Medicare campaigns. A strong analytical mindset: you rely on data, not hunches Excellent time management and

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications

Experience in a

digital agency

or managing multiple accounts simultaneously Familiarity with

Exposure to other paid media channels (e.g., TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Bing, Programmatic)
