About the Role:



We are seeking a

senior Osteopathic Practitioner

who combines expert manual therapy with a deep understanding of biomechanics, physiology, and client lifestyle. You'll play a central role in designing and delivering personalized, results-driven treatment plans that go beyond short-term symptom relief--focusing instead on

root-cause resolution and long-term alignment

Responsibilities:



Provide expert, hands-on osteopathic treatments rooted in anatomy, physiology, and functional assessment Collaborate closely with our trainers, naturopaths, physiotherapists, and nutritionists to support shared client outcomes Create personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals--whether pain reduction, movement efficiency, injury prevention, or healthspan extension Request and interpret lab results, imaging, or diagnostics when needed to inform clinical reasoning Educate clients on postural health, nervous system regulation, and home-care strategies Contribute to internal initiatives around programming, service development, or workshops Stay curious and up to date on new tools, products, and methods that enhance client results Be comfortable recommending other WEWELL services where relevant (e.g. recovery, fitness, nutrition)

Requirements:



10+ years of clinical experience

as a licensed Osteopath Deep understanding of human anatomy, myofascial systems, and neuro-musculoskeletal function Experience working with diverse clients: from active adults to injury recovery and complex cases Ability to design long-term treatment plans and track progress effectively Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset--able to contribute ideas for improving client experience and retention Open to collaboration, referrals, and truly integrated care Licensed and in good standing with relevant regulatory body in British Columbia

Pay: $70.00-$110.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
