If so, we want you to join our dynamic team at TalentWorld.TalentWorld is recruiting a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite Database Administrator in Toronto, Ontario for one of our clients.Responsibilities
Collaborate with the EFP technical team to design, plan, and execute the migration of Oracle EBS application from Unix to Linux in non-production and production environments.
Integrate E-Transfer functions with other applications such as SSO, IFIS Integration Services.
Design and execute migration and integration of OBIEE, Oracle EPM, and other cloud applications in collaboration with the EFP technical team and ITS.
Update Disaster Recovery technical procedures for IFIS CORE and TPE as required.
Plan and execute data masking for IFIS CORE, addressing performance issues and updating cloning procedures.
Assess and manage data storage in IFIS CORE through purging, archiving, compressing, and data partitioning.
Evaluate the impact of E-Transfer function implementation on data management performance in existing development environments.
Document new procedures and processes and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for the EFP Oracle e-Business Suite DBAs.
Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with e-Business Suite Applications R12.2 and Oracle Data Guard application.
Expertise in WebLogic 12c, OEM Grid Control 13.x, and migrating Oracle technologies from Unix to Linux.
Proficiency in Advanced Compression, Data partitioning processes, and data masking using Oracle patches.
Experience in performance tuning of e-Business Suite R12.2/19c in a multi-node RAC environment.
Strong skills in developing database backup and restore strategies using RMAN and ASM.
Expert-level knowledge of Oracle 12c/19c database administration, maintenance, security implementation, upgrade, and patching.
Familiarity with configuring Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 using Logical Host and Online patching.
Thorough understanding of UNIX and Linux OS, utilities, and shell scripting.
5+ years of OCI Engineering hands-on or related experience.
Previous experience deploying ERP Solutions into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Knowledge of OCI Best practices and standards.
Deep understanding of OCI cloud technology and architectures.
Familiarity with OCI SaaS/PaaS/IaaS offerings and technical concepts.
DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Excellent verbal, written, and diagramming skills.
Employment Details

Salary: $65.00HR - $73.00HR
Benefits: 37.5 Hours Weekly, Contract, Hybrid
Schedule: 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday to Friday
Other: 10 months contract, possibility of extension
