Operations Executive

The Role

This role is an important part of the GroupM Addressable TV team and is key in ensuring that the Operations team runs effectively, efficiently and that client\'s campaigns deliver in full and against desired audiences.

The role will be responsible for creative management, campaign setup, inventory analysis, campaign delivery, pacing, new hire training, margin reporting and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of campaign management and optimization
• Inventory analysis and insight
• Mapping table maintenance
• Day to day point of contact for inventory partners
• Leading communications with Account and Engagement Managers
• First escalation point for Operations Executives
• Develop and test new ways of optimizing to drive campaign performance and lower margin
• Producing and distributing network level reports
• Troubleshooting and technical support
• Monitor VAST tag delivery and troubleshoot
• Produce campaign analysis and audience reports
• Support the development of new product ad operation processes

Experience

• 2-4 year of in-market media and advertising experience
• Understanding the nuances of Addressable TV ecosystem
• Hands-on experience of digital advertising operations (managing and trafficking online digital campaigns) including technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Hands-on experience of optimizing online digital campaigns within the DSP environment
• Evidence of having approached problems from an analytical perspective and working through to a solution in a logical way
• Excellent time management skills, demonstrating ability to balance various tasks and deadlines
• Evidence of technical comfort and strong understanding of digital media technologies
• Good understanding of digital media landscape
