We\xe2\x80\x99re growing!! And looking for a passionate, driven and energetic candidate to join our team for the position of Senior Operations Associate, Wealth Solutions located in Guelph, Ontario.



We are searching for an organized, detail oriented person with strong customer service skills to work closely with the entire Wealth Management team to provide client service support and accurate database management and document control for processing, recording and managing all investment-related paperwork and data requirements while supporting Skyline\xe2\x80\x99s shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.

What you will be doing:

  • Ensuring all trade details are accounted for and correct before entering the purchase into the system.
  • Communicating with accounting on all relevant transactions.
  • Managing and updating account changes in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating all purchase cancellations including redemptions by preparing the purchase cancellation paperwork.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for all potential SWMI investors by answering telephone/email in a timely fashion.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to investors or potential investors efficiently and effectively.

  • An administrative wizard who has a good grasp of database management.
  • You love details and nothing falls through the cracks!
  • A customer focused mindset, you\'re always looking to help!
  • Someone who enjoys reading and accurately interpreting financial (or legal) documents.
  • The ability to write routine reports and correspondence (some find it boring, but you find it exciting!).
  • Communication expert (emails, phone calls, etc.) with a focus on being professional and timely.
  • Ability to multi-task while managing multiple projects effectively and a capacity for dealing with tight deadlines.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity is a must.
  • Experience with using CRMs or other customer focused software would be a plus!
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum three (3) years\' experience in financial services customer service and administrative support.
  • Completion of Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) would be considered an asset.
  • Completion of the Exempt Market Product course or equivalent within 6 months of hire.
