Job Description

ADGA is hiring a Senior Operational Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to process data and information from various sources and to generate the appropriate geo-spatial intelligence (GEOINT) products to support related Joint Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (JISR) capabilities for our defence client.



The Senior PED SME will be responsible for the following tasks including, but not limited to:

Provide sensor capabilities, targeting, and platforms advice to the Team Lead to ensure informed capabilities development, including advising on system integration and operational design. Assist in the preparation, review, updating, and implementation of supporting concepts, policies, doctrine, and briefings regarding Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) capabilities. Assist the Team Lead and staff in completing any other PED development tasks and activities related to targeting trials, evaluations, experiments, and exercises. Provide advice, support, and subject matter expertise to Full Motion Imagery (FMV) PED innovation to achieve specific Joint FMV PED implementation goals. Provide advice and assistance to all-source analysts in fusing single-source PED products into all-source analysis reports, summaries, and target intelligence packages. Review sensor capabilities, targeting, and platform planning documentation produced to date, and assist in the planning and production of decision briefs for senior management. Provide PED subject matter expertise in support of the development and delivery of Intelligence Requirements Management and Collection Management (IRM & CM). Provide advice and assistance in the development of strategic partnerships with Operational Commands, the Services, Coalition partners, and initiatives for operationalizing the Joint PED Enterprise. Monitor GEOINT systems focused on specific task lines and capability development processes, conduct PED of full-motion video imagery and analytical tasks, and assist in producing targeting products, current intelligence reports, in-depth studies, and briefings.

Qualifications

Must have one of the following + A Degree or Diploma in the field of Science, Engineering, or any IT field; or
+ A Degree or Diploma in any discipline with 3 years of experience in IT and a certification in VMware or a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) certification
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the last 6 years analyzing, developing, and implementing C2ISR, JISR, and targeting trials, evaluations, experiments, and exercises, including summaries of findings and recommendations for PED development. Experience working with Canadian Defence or Government of Canada networks
