What you will do
As a Senior Network Support Specialist, you will provide ongoing technical support, maintenance and improvement to the Bank\'s networking solutions and work with the Ottawa team or partners to fix issues, related to Microsoft\'s Office 365 Cloud platform (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, MS Teams, OneDrive etc.) You will also be providing support the evolution of the Bank\'s tools and monitor our Office 365 platform\'s performance meanwhile ensuring appropriate follow-ups are done with relevant stakeholders to address arising issues.
You will be responsible to assist tuning and capacity planning of various solutions as well as be responsible for the coordination and implementation of changes to the production and test environments systems and products.
You will work closely with the network infrastructure group and the other collaboration tool and platform groups ensuring the highest level of systems support to the Bank.
