We're hiring motivated Mortgage Underwriters to join our mortgage team of closers.

WHO YOU ARE:

Building and nurturing relationships with clients, colleagues, and communities is your forte. Someone experienced in underwriting who is looking for a permanent part time position with base pay plus commission for each file.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Application intake/deal quoting Work with fulfillment officers to collect outstanding documents to satisfy conditions as per the commitment Following up with all parties and aspects of the process to ensure 100% coordination Loan-to-value analysis GDS/TDS cash flow review Review of Purchase & Sale Agreements, order Appraisals, and ability to review Appraisal report in detail Collect and verify Mortgage applications, credit reports, income documents for completeness and accuracy Familiarity with Income Documents (T4, T1, NOAs...) Represent the Company at conferences, conventions, and other networking events Maintain positive relationships with clients, lenders, and 3rd party contacts
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000 guaranteed part time hourly plus commission for each file total compensation can easily be over $100,000.00+

Experience:

underwriting: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

FSRA license (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid, 3 days in office per week.
