Make an impact with our Digital team as a Senior Microsoft 365 Copilot Functional Consultant. This diverse team of professionals are responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients.



You will work closely with the project manager, technical consultants, and business stakeholders to understand the business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions using the M365 Copilot platform. You will also provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery processes and best practices.

Responsibilities:




Lead the functional analysis and design of M365 solutions using the M365 Copilot platform, including defining the scope, objectives, and deliverables of each project. Configure and customize the M365 Copilot and Agents platform to meet the client's business requirements, including creating workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of the M365 solutions, ensuring that they meet the functional specifications and performance standards. Provide training, documentation, and support to the client's end-users and administrators on how to use and maintain the M365 solutions. Manage the change management and communication activities related to the M365 solutions, ensuring that the client's stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with the project manager, technical consultants, and other team members to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the M365 solutions, following the agile methodology and best practices. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior consultants, sharing your knowledge and experience on the M365 Copilot platform and functional consulting. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the M365 Copilot platform and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and leverage them to enhance the value and quality of the M365 solutions.

Skills and Experience




Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in functional consulting, business analysis, or project management, preferably in the IT services industry. At least 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting M365/SharePoint solutions, and at least 1 year experience with the M365 Copilot platform. Strong knowledge and skills in the Microsoft 365 suite of products, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into functional requirements and solutions. Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Certification in M365 Copilot, Microsoft 365, or a related technology is an asset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent client facing experience and communications skills. French-speaking considered an asset. Ability to attain a Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability or Secret Security Clearance would be beneficial. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
