Our merchandising teams collaborate closely with vendor partners and internal teams to drive product excellence, manage costs, and build positive relationships cross-functionally.a day in the life: what you will do

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in establishing Fast Turn processes for full roll-out
  • Lead Fast Turn projects:
  • Vendor allocations - analyze the capacity and capability of vendors to appropriately allocate styles, provide visibility to Global P&M leadership to confirm allocation and align with Strategic Allocations and Supply Planning Teams
  • T&A - build Time & Action for all styles and conduct feasibility and risks assessment
  • Costing - work with Global Production & Merchandising team to ensure timely costs submission by Finished Goods Vendors and follow through on the validation process
  • Commercialization - ensure on time style commercialization with cross functional partners
  • Order Management - work with internal stakeholders for timely and accurate PR / PO release
  • Production Management - achieve On-Time Delivery of quality products in collaboration with Global LLO Production and FGVS thru execution of the production process in, including WIP, PO management, and WWMT, ensuring time and action management while managing liability; prepare past due date and delay reason code reports and work closely with teams to meet our social compliance and quality standards and goals.
  • Communicate delivery statuses and issues to appropriate SSC counterparts in a timely and concise manner by managing the shipment booking and shipping process with vendors and guiding them on lululemon production and logistics policies, procedures, and IT systems, rolling out new processes and procedures to assigned vendors as needed
  • Support Mainline Production and Merchandising and other business requirements as required
  • Work on special projects that may be assigned from time to time
qualifications
  • Your ideal background: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Textiles or related fields
  • 7+ years\' experience in a similar role within a merchandising & production environment
  • Knowledge of technical fabrics, garment construction and related machinery
  • Experience in working directly with vendors and the ability to drive performance
  • Experience or understanding in pre-costing and calculation; analyses workflow and access bottlenecks
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. You possess amazing MS Excel skills! (V Lookup and Pivot Table knowledge essential)
  • Experience working on PLM and PO systems like Flex PLM and Tradestone

The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 - $107,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
