We are currently looking for a Sr. Medical Writer - publications to join our team.

Role Overview:




As a Senior Medical Writer, you will play a critical role in developing high-quality scientific content for peer-reviewed journals, congress presentations, and other medical communication deliverables. This position requires a strong understanding of therapeutic areas, the ability to synthesize complex scientific data, and a commitment to providing "white glove" service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop strategic scientific communication documents, including Scientific Communication Platforms, Scientific Communication Strategy, and Publication Plans. Develop, edit, and review scientific manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and slide decks for publication and presentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical managers, analysts, and consultants, to ensure accuracy and scientific integrity. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards. Conduct literature reviews and research to support the development of publication materials. Ensure compliance with industry guidelines (e.g., ICMJE, GPP) and client-specific requirements. Mentor and provide guidance to junior medical writers and associates.

Requirements:
Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, MD, or PharmD preferred) or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of medical writing experience Demonstrated expertise in at least one therapeutic area. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in referencing software (e.g., EndNote) and familiarity with publication management tools. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
