Our client is a leading provider of engineering solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout Canada and the US. They have a strong reputation for excellence in complex capital project management and multidisciplinary engineering. The company is growing and therefore looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their Industrial division, with potential to also work Residential / Commercial projects down the line if interested.

Responsibilities
xe2x97xbeLead mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to budget and timeline requirements.
xe2x97xbeDesign and develop mechanical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
xe2x97xbeProvide expertise in HVAC, process systems, and pressure vessels, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
xe2x97xbeManage complex capital projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
xe2x97xbePerform technical reviews, calculations, and analyses to support engineering designs.
xe2x97xbePrepare and seal engineering drawings in accordance with regulatory requirements.
xe2x97xbeEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and best engineering practices.
xe2x97xbeConduct site visits, inspections, and troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications
xe2x97xbeBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
xe2x97xbeMinimum of 8 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering across residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
xe2x97xbeExperience in HVAC, process systems, and pressure vessels is considered an asset.
xe2x97xbeMust be registered with the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) or have the ability to transfer an existing P.Eng from another recognized authority.
xe2x97xbeAbility to seal engineering drawings and provide certification as required.
xe2x97xbeValid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
