• Customers choose Bayer as their preferred provider for their operation\xe2\x80\x8b;

• Enable customer-facing teams unit supporting squads to run their local business for the benefit of customers and Bayer; and

• Deliver short and long-term plans by leveraging local, regional and global processes while collaborating with the mission teams.

Bayer is committed to a flexible hybrid working environment. This is a permanent position based out of Calgary, Alberta.What you will do:Overall Responsibilities of Role:

• Manage the supply of the packaging, raw material and vendors
• Work & collaborate with the assigned customer-facing commercial unit(s), USS, and Mission teams to achieve Bayer Crop Science (BCS) Canada business objectives & deliver outcomes

Raw/Packaging Material Management:

• Forecasting of raw materials/packaging materials
• Support Seed Growth activities (red dye, mixtanks, tags for customers etc)
• Artwork/Print: eLabel (version verifications, inventory management, print plates etc.)
• PR/PO enablement (material setups, vendor setups, supporting procurement/hub with Outline Agreement setup, ensure correct Bayer setup on supplier side), PO creation, PO confirmations

Safety Data Sheet (SDS)/Certificate of Analysis (COA) Management:

• Materials Management, Material Master Data, setup request, material maintenance, compatibility with toller equipment
• Communication (tollers, planners, marketing, PacTec, QA, SDS team, regulatory team, graphics team, suppliers, procurement, hub, Transport Canada, R&D)
• Invoice review, approval, reconciliation, providing direction to hub;
• Collaborate with internal teams to support suppliers (late payment queries from vendors)
• Regulatory (label changes, PMRA registrations, vendor/alternates verifications)
• R&D (new material samples; work with R&D on testing, label/packaging changes)
• Transport Canada (manage re-testing/new product launches/monitor certificate lifespan/applications/communication)
• Risk Mitigation of supply delays

Who you are:

• Bachelor\'s Degree with 3/+years experience in a related business function; or a Master\'s Degree with 1/+ year related work experience; or 10 years\' experience in related work environment with no degree
• Procurement Experience
• Material Requirement Planning Experience
• Supply Chain Management Experience
• SAP/ERP equivalent System
• Experience/knowledge in the following:

• Finance
• Project Management
• Manufacturing Production Processes
• Agriculture Market Knowledge is preferred
