Description :Senior Marketing Manager, ResidentialToronto, ONSalary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 / yrCMLS Financial is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, engage mortgage brokers, and support business growth. You will work closely with sales, product, and marketing specialists to position CMLS as the preferred mortgage lender in the broker channel.Reporting to the CMO and working closely with the national sales team, you will play a key role in the marketing team, leveraging your expertise to develop effective B2B strategies. Your focus will be on enhancing the broker experience, strengthening the CMLS brand within the broker channel, positioning the brand at key broker events, and providing tailored marketing resources to support their needs.The Senior Marketing Manager will have an entrepreneurial mindset, be objective-driven, and excel as a pragmatic marketing strategist.   • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to engage and grow our mortgage broker network.
  • Create targeted campaigns to promote our mortgage products, tools, and value proposition.
  • Implement lead generation and nurturing programs to support broker-originated deals.
  • Build and enhance brand awareness within the broker community through content marketing, digital campaigns, and events.
  • Manage PR and communication strategies, ensuring strong industry presence.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials, sales collateral, and presentations for brokers.
  • Oversee email marketing, social media, and paid advertising to educate brokers and drive business growth.
  • Lead content creation (e.g., blog posts, case studies, newsletters, video content) tailored to brokers' needs.
  • Optimize website and landing pages to support broker engagement and lead conversion.
  • Develop marketing toolkits and customizable assets for brokers to use with their clients.
  • Organize webinars, training sessions, and industry events to educate brokers on products and market trends.
  • Gather broker feedback to refine messaging and improve marketing initiatives.
  • Track KPIs and marketing ROI to optimize campaigns and improve effectiveness.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Leverage CRM, automation, and analytics tools to enhance marketing efficiency.
This Role is for You, If:
  • You have 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in financial services, mortgage lending, or broker-focused industries.
  • You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have a strong understanding of mortgage broker distribution models and B2B marketing within this channel.
  • You have experience with lead generation, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • You are proficient in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • You have excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and are highly organized.
  • You are bilingual in English and French (preferred).
