Job Description
On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.
Our client makes everyday apparel that is known and loved by consumers around the world for comfort, quality and value.
They are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing - Canada.
About the role / the experience required:
- You will be responsible for all of their Canadian marketing
- The two main categories are basics and intimates
- Experience managing 1000+ SKUs is imperative
- Managing 7 direct reports (some are located in the USA) - experience managing a cross border team is an asset
- Merchandise Planning
- P&L
- Operations
- Social Media Strategy
- Marketing Communications
- Managing 1 marketing agency and 1 PR agency
- Managing the merchandising relationships with key retail partners - modulars, languages on the displays and packaging etc
- E-commerce
- Strategic Partnerships
- Working cross functionally with creative, sales teams etc
- Minimum base salary of $130,000 CAD with a range above depending on experience
- Year end bonus structure
- 3 weeks paid vacation + company closure between Christmas and New Years
- Group insurance coverage primarily paid for by the company
- Defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans with employer contribution
