About the Role



We're looking for a

smart, trend-savvy, and hands-on Senior Marketing Coordinator

to help us grow Yumi Organics into the name in Overnight Oats.

You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager to dream up and execute campaigns that make people crave our brand -- from creative social media moments to influencer collaborations and e-commerce growth.

You'll help shape our voice, strengthen our retail presence, and make sure Yumi is always ahead of what's trending in food and wellness.

Brand and Campaign



Bring our brand to life through digital and retail marketing campaigns. Provide input to the team with creative and on-brand campaign ideas. Support product launches, promotions, and creative activations across every channel. Help build brand consistency across everything we do -- from packaging to partnerships. Keep our marketing calendar tight and our campaigns on track.

Influencer & Partnership Marketing



Scout and collaborate with

influencers, creators, and brand partners

who getour mission. Work with them to execute the on-brand relevant content. Keep a pulse on

what's trending

in the food, wellness, and social space -- and jump on it fast. Build authentic partnerships that generate buzz, content, and conversion. Manage influencer and partnership campaigns from pitch to post to performance.

Content Creation & Creative Direction



Oversee and direct the creation of all content required for Digital and Retail marketing and re-purpose content across different channels. Be part of the creative process -- from concept and briefing to on-set execution. Develop

mood boards, shot lists, and creative briefs

for photo and video shoots. Work with agencies and freelancers to produce scroll-stopping, brand-aligned content. Assist in-house with

social media content

,

email campaigns

, and other digital initiatives. Oversee our social media and build an ongoing community around the brand.

Tradeshows



Manage our consumer facing tradeshows or in-person events Support our retailer facing tradeshows with marketing materials

Retail & E-Commerce Marketing



Partner with our sales team to make sure retail and digital marketing work hand in hand. Prepare materials for trade shows, events, and in-store promotions. Support our digital presence on

Amazon

,

Walmart

, our own

DTC E-Commerce

and other platforms. Track marketing campaign performance and share actionable insights.

Project & Partner Management



Coordinate vendors, agencies, and freelancers to deliver projects on time. Review and approve packaging updates, ensuring every detail reflects our brand. Conduct

market research

to spot growth opportunities and new ideas.

Digital & Website Love



Keep the Yumi website fresh with new products, campaigns, and seasonal updates. Execute SEO and SEM strategies; oversee the execution of blogs, articles, recipes and newsletters. Ensure paid and organic content work together seamlessly.

Budget



Experience with working with a marketing budget. Able to generate reports on ROI of marketing efforts.

What You Bring



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

5+ years of marketing experience

, including time in

CPG or food marketing

Bilingual in

French and English

(verbal & written) Strong leadership, project management, and creative skills Basic knowledge of adobe illustrator, photoshop, canva or other photo/video editing tools preferred Great creative eye and an natural understanding of aesthetics Strong use of AI to improve productivity Deep understanding of

brand building, influencer strategy, and digital storytelling

Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and multiple deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools A curious, proactive, and trend-obsessed mindset. Always looking for ways to improve, optimize and excel.

Bonus points if you have:



Experience in

food & beverage

or

FMCG

Design or creative production experience (Adobe Creative Suite) Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian retail and e-commerce markets CRM or marketing automation experience
