Establish credibility and foster strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including marketing teams, technical experts, data analysts, and senior leaders, to drive alignment and collaboration
Demonstrate strategic agility and innovative thinking to solve complex marketing challenges within a dynamic, cross-functional environment
Craft and deliver high-impact presentations that translate data and insights into clear, actionable strategies and recommendations for diverse audiences
Champion accountability across marketing functions, ensuring consistent adherence to the marketing plan, brand positioning, and key messaging
Navigate ambiguity with confidence, operating independently and decisively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a strong bias for action
Lead the development and execution of tactical marketing plans, monitoring the effectiveness of initiatives and aligning KPIs with broader business objectives
Apply advanced project management skills to oversee the end-to-end implementation of campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budget parameters
Proactively identify and resolve issues, track progress of initiatives, and support the development of performance metrics and reporting frameworks to measure success
