Our team is looking for an Advisor, Digital Projects to manage several web platforms, from stellar conception to on-time and on-budget delivery.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do

Under the direction of the Marketing and Digital Platforms Director of Intact Insurance, your main responsibilities will be:

• Implement the annual strategic plan in order to achieve measurable marketing objectives
• Develop recommendations for multi-channel digital tactics that provide the best experience and drive traffic on web platforms
• Build lasting business relationships with our internal and external partners to ensure high satisfaction with the services provided
• Optimize and develop new production and collaboration processes to ensure unparalleled quality of deliverables and team efficiency
• In an environment inspired by the agile methodology, coordinate internal resources and third parties/suppliers for the impeccable execution of several projects within the prescribed deadlines
• Mobilize and ensure the alignment of a multidisciplinary digital team, our digital experts (design, user experience, marketing, copywriting, paid digital marketing or web development) and our partner agencies
• Ensure the management of suppliers, establish deadlines, priorities for online releases and planning change requests that respect the operational budget
• Analyze performance of initiatives and propose roadmap improvements to support marketing objectives

Your Qualifications

• University degree in marketing, communication or in another relevant field;
• Experience of 5 to 8 years in a similar position in an agency or in a company;
• French spoken and written;
• Bilingualism. Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
• Solid experience in the management of major digital projects;
• Experience with content management and posting platforms (CMS); knowledge of CMS Drupal, an asset.
• Organizational skills and experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira etc.);
• Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills;
• Sense of organization, detail and planning.
• Good speaker with a great ability to popularize.
• Be autonomous, resourceful, and curious with team spirit.
