WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?




This role is a strategic opportunity to shape the future of project delivery across our organization. You will design and implement cutting-edge project management strategies, lead diverse teams, and drive innovation through emerging technologies.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?



Develop and implement comprehensive Project Delivery Strategies and operational processes, leveraging agile, hybrid, or predictive methodologies to maximize efficiency Oversee the entire project lifecycle--from scope definition to delivery--ensuring alignment with specifications, timelines, and budgets Lead project planning, including scheduling, milestone tracking, resource allocation, and risk mitigation, using tools like Gantt charts, WBS, or Jira Mentor and develop geographically dispersed teams, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and learning-oriented culture Collaborate with senior executives to align technical strategies with business goals, communicating project status, risks, and KPIs to stakeholders Identify and evaluate new methodologies, tools, and technologies (e.g., AI-driven solutions) to enhance project innovation and efficiency Manage relationships with key partners, vendors, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination across product, engineering, and QA teams Act as an escalation point for risks and issues, implementing contingency plans to minimize business disruption

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?



Must-have:



Proven experience in end-to-end project management (e.g., PMP/Agile certifications), with expertise in methodologies like Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring diverse teams and promoting inclusive, high-performance cultures Advanced skills in project planning tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project) and techniques like risk assessment matrices and cost estimation Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, capable of communicating complex issues to executives and cross-functional teams Analytical mindset with experience in risk mitigation, quality assurance, and budget control

Nice-to-have:



Experience in global or multicultural environments, with cultural intelligence to navigate diverse team dynamics Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application to project innovation Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced settings, with a focus on psychological safety and team well-being Passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge, such as through mentorship programs or agile retrospectives
