Senior Manager

to oversee this team and ensure a consistent, enriching, and supportive environment.

This senior leadership role reports directly to the

Board of Directors

, and will be a key decision-maker shaping the strategic and day-to-day success of our mission.

Duties

As Senior Manager, you will:

Provide leadership, supervision, and clinical guidance to a team of direct support professionals. Oversee implementation of the young man's Behaviour Support Program (BSP) to optimize independence, inclusion, and skill development. Ensure high-quality daily supports, including personal care, household duties, recreation, and community activities. Maintain effective communication among staff, family members, external professionals, and the Board. Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance to ensure stability and excellence in service. Lead monthly team meetings, staff coaching, and ongoing professional development. Support the organization in operational planning and problem-solving, ensuring continuity of care and alignment with the Board's vision.

Skills & Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or diploma in health sciences, social work, community services, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with proven success in management

, staff supervision and team leadership. Management/supervision of small teams is an asset. Direct experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or the developmental services sector. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex situations, problem-solve effectively, and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency with basic computer and IT systems. Valid Ontario Driver's License (G2 or higher). Current First Aid and CPR certification. Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening. Crisis Management training and certification will be provided.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
