Location Address: 100 Queens Quay East, 9th Floor, TorontoNumber of Openings: 1Pay $72,205.00 - $130,012.00Job Posting Description:This is hybrid #LI-hybridUnder the general direction of the Senior Director, Asset Management within Store Development and Real Estate, the Program Manager is responsible for leading a team overseeing the lifecycle management of the LCBO\xe2\x80\x99s physical assets for the Division. This involves oversight and development of asset management strategies including multi-year budgeting, tools, operations and reporting. A significant component of the role is the accompanying oversight of vendor management in support of the implementation and delivery of design and construction, capital improvement projects and facilities operations programs for the LCBO.About the RoleLeads and Oversees facilities strategic asset management strategy and supports the capital planning program:

  • Develops and maintains Facilities\xe2\x80\x99 Capital Planning strategy supporting the lifecycle information system including governance framework, system administration, security, hierarchy structures, and training.
  • Direct the analysis process using internal and external benchmarking.
  • Own the facility portfolio reporting based on inventory information and make recommendations for improved data management and capital planning direction.
.Oversees the Management of vendor performance and analysis by:
  • Monitors contract performance management through pro-active issue resolution, change requests/amendments, escalations.
  • Ensuring control mechanisms are in place and reports to capture costs and monitor project and program performance.
  • Assisting with initiatives for maintenance and delivery of the Contractor Safety Program through the creation and setting of standards and procedures, documentation, tracking and reporting of requirements.
  • Determination of service needs by creating and developing strategic sourcing plans along corporate strategies as it pertains to Store Development and Real Estate.
  • Develop and implement contract management systems, standards and operational procedures to ensure the successful outcomes and value for money objectives of the organizations\xe2\x80\x99 initiatives.
  • Ensuring the management of risk in vendor and supplier sourcing by monitoring contract milestones, RFP scheduling, aiding with selection processes, criteria and negotiating of vendor contracts throughout the whole procurement process.
  • Overseeing the implementation and delivery of environmental hazardous materials programs including asbestos, fuel tank, and well water.
Experience:
  • 5 years relevant work experience preferably in a multi-site retail environment.
  • Program/project management experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, using strong organizational, planning data analytics, stakeholder engagement skills to meet project/program deliverables on time.
  • Experience in strategic planning and using program design approaches, and best practices to set program/project objectives, milestones, performance metrics, and deliverables.
  • Extensive experience with capital planning, computerized maintenance software applications, financial forecasting methods, and corporate data management tools.
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills; demonstrated leadership skills to build and manage a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, balance competing priorities.
  • Position requires a very high level of tact and diplomacy and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
