As our

Senior Manager, Retail Development & Operational Excellence

, you'll be the driving force behind retail growth and seamless sales operations. You'll work closely with our Sales Director, supporting major accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring our products reach customers smoothly and efficiently. And yes--you'll also be a key player in keeping our team motivated, organized, and performing at its best.

What You'll Do



Own and grow key retail accounts--be the go-to expert for your clients and build lasting relationships. Lead exciting business development initiatives--spot opportunities and turn them into results. Manage the full sales cycle from pricing and negotiation to delivery--making sure everything runs like clockwork. Support and inspire the sales team--share your knowledge, coach where needed, and help everyone shine. Partner with the Sales Director on strategy, planning, and continuous improvement projects. Dive into market trends, customer data, and operational metrics to help the team make smart, informed decisions. Optimize internal workflows to keep operations smooth and customers happy. Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events--be our brand ambassador!

Who You Are



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (required). Proven experience in account management and customer service.

Bilingual (French and English) - mandatory.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple priorities like a pro. Comfortable with numbers and unit conversions. Spanish is a plus!

Work Setup



Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

Training:

Full-time on-site for the first

8-10 weeks

to get you fully up to speed.
