  • Consult and advise leaders on human capital activities, including: total rewards, learning and development, application of policies and guidelines, disciplinary issues, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, legal matters, recruitment and engagement.
  • Lead, motivate and coach 3 (three) team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
  • Manage the regional human capital team to deliver operational excellence and legislative compliance.
  • Lead annual programs including compensation and performance management; roll out people initiatives to the client groups and provide guidance for change management initiatives.
  • Actively participate in the integration process during mergers and acquisitions in a high-growth and fast-based environment.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for internal business; facilitate workgroups, training sessions and meetings.
  • Analyze statistical reports to pro-actively identify and determine trends; identify and address issues that impact morale, effectiveness, turnover, absenteeism and productivity.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes and efficiency.
  • Network on behalf of MNP, acting as an ambassador for the organization.
  • Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary.
Skills and Experience
  • Post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty
  • Completion of, or working towards, CPHR designation
  • 5-7 years of HR leadership experience
  • Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
  • Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills
