A
s Senior Real Estate Manager, you will be reporting to the VP Real Estate. You will be a key contributor to the Company's real estate strategy, leading all lease renewals and supporting various transactions across all our banners. You will be working closely with your direct real estate team and provide leadership with cross-functional departments such as Legal, Sales, Operations, etc.

n this role you will:
L

ead all lease renewals nationally: market research, negotiating with landlords, managing transaction and paperwork N
egotiate real estate agreements including new leases and renewals, amendments, assignments, all while mitigating risk M
anage leasing portfolio budget, conduct financial analysis and complete reporting, as needed. D
evelop and maintain Long Range Plan (LRP) with cross functional input (sales, banners, facilities) L
ead cross-functional decision making within the internal team and with stakeholders, in accordance with the LRP L
andlord escalations and negotiate resolution for issues, such as HVAC replacements L
ead site selection and new deals on an ad-hoc basis when required M
entor, grow junior team members Q

ualifications:

he Qualifications and Experience with like to see:

achelor degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or any related discipline P
roven experience in negotiation and real estate management E
xperience in project management and reporting A
bility to interpret lease clauses and legal documents A
bility to build and maintain budget S
trong analytical skills to evaluate market and financial feasibility E
xcellent communication skills A
bility to lead team members and work closely with cross-functional departments E
xperience with Lease Administration tools such as Tango or similar platform E
xcellent skills using Excel A
