As the

Senior Manager, Quality & Compliance

for our Cartons & Label's business unit, you will be responsible for driving excellence in quality standards, regulatory adherence, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic packaging manufacturing environment.


This role champions a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, ensuring that all operational practices align with internal policies, external regulatory requirements as well as customer-specific requirements.


More about your responsibilities:




Quality Management:

Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) and lead quality assurance and control programs to drive consistent, high-quality production. Monitor quality metrics and drive data-informed continuous improvement initiatives.

Customer Engagement:

Act as a strategic partner to customer-facing teams, ensuring quality standards align with client expectations and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (SQF, ISO 9001, GMP), lead internal and external audits, and maintain certifications. Ensure supplier compliance through vendor qualification and material certification processes.

Leadership & Collaboration:

Collaborate across departments to embed quality and compliance into all operations, while leading and developing a high-performing quality team. Lead non-conformance investigations and cross functional CAPA projects

Documentation & Training:

Deliver quality training, maintain document control standards, and manage quality management software systems to support automation and innovation.

mpathetic Post-Secondary Diploma in Quality or Bachelor's degree in a related field (Food Science or Packaging preferred) 8+ years of experience, preferably in a quality/compliance role in the food or pharmaceutical packaging industry Strong knowledge of SQF, GMP, ISO 9001, HACCP, and other relevant standards Experience managing audits and regulatory inspections Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Certification in Quality Auditing (CQA), Six Sigma, or related fields is an asset
