ABOUT YOU:





We're looking for a Senior Manager of Product Marketing & Enablement who will execute market strategies, drive product positioning, and empower our sales teams. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of B2B technology markets, strong storytelling skills, and a passion for enabling sellers with compelling content, tools, and training. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive revenue growth and market adoption of our solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:




Product Marketing:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for our products and solutions.

Competitive & Market Intelligence:

Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and voice-of-customer insights to inform product positioning and enablement strategies.

Product Enablement:

Develop and execute a product enablement strategy to ensure internal teams - particularly sales, account management, and support are equipped with the tools, training, and knowledge needed to effectively communicate product value, handle objections, and drive adoption across the customer journey.

Sales Playbooks & Content Development:

Create and refine sales playbooks, competitive battlecards, presentations, and customer-facing content to align with the buyer's journey and market trends.

Training & Certification Programs:

Design and implement training programs that improve the product understanding and effectiveness of our sales, account management, support and production teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with Technology, Sales and Marketing to align on priorities and ensure consistent messaging.

Metrics & Optimization:

Define and track key enablement and product marketing KPIs, continuously optimizing strategies for impact and effectiveness.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:




8+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or related roles in B2B technology/SaaS company. Deep understanding of product marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions, including direct and digital sales models. Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into compelling value propositions. Experience developing enablement programs, sales content, and competitive intelligence frameworks. Data-driven and results-focused: must be skilled at both developing strategy and delivering hands?on, tactical execution. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
