What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing: As a Senior Manager - Performance Marketing, your typical day will impact the following ways:
  • Performance Support: Lead brand equity efforts to nurture leads through effective email marketing, create logical workflows, and auto triggers to engage with prospects.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital advertising budget on behalf of all departments.
  • Strategic Direction & Objectives: Use data and customer experience input to establish an appropriate marketing mix to accomplish marketing and business goals. Align with company KPIs.
  • People Development & Team Leadership: Lead, oversee, and motivate a team of marketing professionals. Build future leaders capable of succession and manage the overall marketing platform.
  • Decision-Making: Drive action by considering brand, resources, constraints, culture, and organizational values along with KPIs to help build the organization\xe2\x80\x99s marketing direction.
  • Business & Technical Knowledge: Utilize customer and sector data to improve buyer\xe2\x80\x99s journey experience; identify key issues and develop strategies and plans. Leverage SEO, SEM, and SMM.
  • Marketing Innovation & Transformation: Use automation and programmatic capabilities in an environment of testing and optimization. Cultivate a culture of innovation and recognize team creativity.
  • Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Liaise with vendors and partners to understand and optimize their product capabilities to support and drive the business.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Compliance & Legal: Ensure that marketing activities are in compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Customer Insight & Analysis: Gather and analyze customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales goals.
What you need to know:
  • Undergraduate Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing / Communications
  • Minimum 7-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role with a focus on Performance Marketing, Funnel Marketing and or Workflow Automation
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge or work experience in digital marketing, digital analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media management
  • High energy level, ability to multitask and establish priorities according to deadlines and the changing needs of the business
  • Understanding of Kentico, Google My Business, Marketing Platforms and Siteimprove.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot Operations Hub is a bonus
