The North America Ecommerce Operations team is a committed, hardworking, fun-loving team that works in partnership with a variety of cross functional partners to execute eCommerce strategies across North American digital properties including lululemon.com, mobile app, and B2B site. We are operational owners of the North America Ecommerce business that includes content and product merchandising which supports the omni guest experience. We are solution-oriented, always keeping our guest\'s, the business, and cross functional partner\'s priorities top of mind.

a day in the life: what you\'ll do

Reporting to the Sr. Director, NA Ecommerce, the Ecommerce Operations Sr. Manager will be responsible for the team development and continuous improvement of the delivery model of catalog & content to lululemon\'s digital properties. As head of this function, you will be responsible for developing, supporting, and scaling the team that owns the last mile of catalog & content execution as well as ensuring our key cross functional partners are supported and consulted to deliver a best-in-class omni guest experience. This position will work closely with department heads to ensure that their catalog needs, content needs, and digital evolution are supported.

  • Strategize and structure the team for the continued growth of more complex publishing landscape as well as the increase of Omni channel projects within the NA ecommerce operations function.
  • Develop, support, and scale the team that owns the last mile of catalog & content execution before it is guest facing.
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure that their publishing & operational needs are supported in the most efficient way
  • Partner with Digital Product & Technology teams to deliver and operationalize initiatives and features
  • Drive continuous improvement of the content delivery model of lululemon\'s digital properties.
  • Subject matter expert on catalogue, website & guest app merchandising, & deployment processes.
  • Establish tracking and learning processes for upstream improvements and change prioritization.
  • Lead, develop and manage team approximately 12-14 individuals responsible for publishing catalog & content to digital properties and key ecommerce operations initiatives (eg. Holiday Staff Shop, Online Warehouse Sales, promotional code activities)
  • Take a holistic view of content to help drive team strategy and continuous evolution
  • Intimate knowledge of ecommerce systems, processes, and tools
  • Lead operational high priority projects & initiatives that require collaboration and support from multiple business partners across the organization
  • Scale team to support future global digital needs, changes in catalog & content model, and evolution of multiple digital properties across the broader digital organization
  • Identify and prioritize feature enhancements, bug fixes, & inefficient workflows to drive process improvement to support organizational growth
  • Strategizing and scaling team for ever growing and more complex content landscape
  • Working cross-functionally and interacting with multiple partners within the NA ecommerce organization and across the organization (product management, technology, retail stores operations, brand, creative, merchandising, planning, distribution & fulfillment, UX research & design, analytics & optimization, GEC) to improve process, delivery, & communication
  • Establish expectations and support cross functional partners needs with content delivery
  • Establish tracking and learning processes for upstream improvements whilst constantly prioritizing
  • Act as a resource and mentor for the team in areas such as process improvement, time management and cross-functional collaboration & negotiation
qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience leading people and organizations
  • Minimum 5+ years of Ecommerce or Digital experience
  • Ability to directly manage and lead team of 6-15 individuals
  • Excellent communication skills and significant attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to function in a dynamic and fast passed operational model
  • You\'re on top of digital industry and evolution
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • University or college degree would be an asset
  • Presentation skills with the ability to develop and deliver persuasive presentations to internal stakeholders and leadership
