About the role

opportunity, with potential for extension.

We are looking for ATB's next Senior Manager, Money Movement

to work within our Money Movement Team. This is a unique opportunity for anyone interested in being part of Payments Modernization in Canada. You will work across all client segments, gain experience managing strategic vendor relationships, have the chance to work on policy and national roll outs with the largest banks in Canada and our payments system operator, Payments Canada. Leading the final phase of a vendor transition and the modernization of cheque processing, you'll collaborate closely with business leaders, technology teams, digital channels, operations, and risk management. Your mission? To modernize cheque settlement and ensure the security and resilience of ATB's Canadian Cash Management product line.


Accountabilities
Accountable for delivery of client & business outcomes; discovers, designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products through entire lifecycle Works cross-functionally with relevant teams and stakeholder groups to support the product throughout the product life cycle Delivers feasible, viable and desirable client experience for product and/or product line by leveraging data insights, partners, and stakeholders Acts as enterprise SME on product or product line; accountable for delivering annual business objectives Creates and maintains continuous product strategy and roadmap for iterations against client and business outcomes Mentors a small team

Experience



Education and Experience

: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or equivalent. Alternatively, substantial prior experience as a leader, product manager, or product designer in a relevant industry will be considered.

Product Management Expertise

: Minimum of 7 years of proven product management experience with a focus on end-to-end product lifecycle management. Experience across diverse client segments, including business clients, and multiple distribution channels (Digital, ABM, Branch) is highly desirable.

Payments Industry Knowledge

: Experience in developing policies or managing payments products is crucial. A solid understanding of payments networks, operators, and schemes is required. Familiarity with key partner areas such as fraud prevention, anti-money laundering (AML), and operations is also a significant asset.
