We are looking for an inspiring Senior Manager, Market Research to join our team. This person will be a skilled and strategic advisor to Communications teams and clients as they seek to bring data and intelligence (Human, Predictive, Performance) to their work. You are a seasoned Marketing and/or Communications professional, with a background in working with multi-disciplined teams. You have a strong working knowledge of consumer data sets (first, second and third party), coupled with an understanding of the value of primary research (qualitative and quantitative), a solid understanding of secondary research and digital performance-based analytics (including social media measurement & digital analytics across owned and paid), rounded out with highly-skilled client relationship management skills.
This will include using a suite of media monitoring and social listening tools, as well as media measurement methodologies, to track information and produce actionable research reports to guide our clients\' communications strategy. Your role will be to bring strategic data and intelligence thinking and advisory to your day-to-day client work, collaborate with craft specialist colleagues to integrate and deliver industry leading DxI offerings, as well as supporting the long-term growth of our team by building successful relationships with your fellow team members, colleagues and clients. \
