The Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) is hiring a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Performance on a permanent basis in Regina, SK.
We are looking for a leader with deep experience in operational and business performance management to help shape how our manufacturing operations deliver results. As Senior Manager, Manufacturing Performance, you'll drive continuous improvement, lead high-impact initiatives, and connect strategy, performance insights, and execution across the Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU).
What you'll do:

  • Lead the development and execution of manufacturing strategy, business plans, and operational plans across the MBU, aligned with FCL corporate priorities.
  • Drive operational and business performance through industry benchmarking, performance analysis, gap closure, and optimization across refinery and ethanol operations.
  • Lead and deliver business improvement initiatives and programs, including Energy Value Chain Optimization and the Business Performance Management System (BPMS).
  • Partner with MBU leadership, Technical Services, Organizational Performance, and Strategy teams to integrate performance insights into short-, medium-, and long-term planning.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making through effective performance reporting, analytics, governance, and leadership reporting to senior executives and the Board.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in operational and business performance and:
  • 8+ years of relevant progressively responsible experience within a complex organization in the petroleum industry.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in commerce, engineering, or a related field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Are familiar with Continuous Improvement methodologies and Operational Excellence systems/processes.
