The Senior Manager, Management Reporting, is responsible for developing complex reports and dashboards while optimizing and automating reporting workflows. Primarily supporting the Product business within Mackenzie, this role ensures reporting efficiency, accuracy, and scalability by managing the reporting environment, utilizing automation tools, and adhering to data governance standards.
In addition to technical expertise, the Senior Manager plays a key role in managing the service relationship between the Reporting Hub and business stakeholders within MI. This role ensures that reporting services align with business needs, collaborates with the business to clarify requirements, reviews report utilization and performance within the business domain, and identifies opportunities to automate and streamline reports. This role also supports governance forums and contributes to broader governance efforts within the reporting environment.
