Summary

We are looking to hire a knowledgeable and passionate sales leader to drive media sales across all Bell Media properties in Saskatchewan. This position is for a charismatic, driven, dynamic leader who can foster an atmosphere of teamwork and success. The successful candidate will be offered the choice of being based in either Regina or Saskatoon.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, have a direct hands on approach for all sales operations in Saskatchewan.
• Support and collaborate with all Account Executives and support team members in the region.
• Regularly represent sales while meeting and collaborating with leaders across multiple departments within the region and across Canada.
• Regularly meet and collaborate with all sales team members, to develop advertising strategies that meet client goals and grow revenue for all stations.
• Coach and develop all team members ongoing.
• Develop and execute appropriate sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and leaders in the community.
• Assist with accurate budget forecasting.
• Assist with maintenance of house business and marquee accounts.
• Regularly lead/attend all weekly meetings including sales, promotions, news, management etc.
• Review and approve administration items from departments as required including, finance, traffic, telecaster, vacations, programming etc.
• Champion sales initiatives including data tools, salesforce, etc.

Critical Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years sales experience in a leadership role
• Familiarity with multi-platform sales
• Knowledgeable in the metrics of all media and campaign analysis.
• A dynamic presenter
• Highly organized
• Superior interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Able to develop client proposals using all relevant software programs including Word, Excel, Power Point and related graphics programs
