Are you passionate about real estate and sustainability? Do you have experience in preparing investor reports and due diligence materials for private equity real estate funds? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Our client is a leading real estate company who is looking for a Senior Manager, Investor and ESG Reporting to join their Private Funds Group, which manages $8 billion of assets on behalf of institutional investors.
As a Senior Manager, Investor and ESG Reporting, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing quarterly reports for private funds and separate accounts investing in residential developments and rental homes
- Project managing the production of the ESG Annual Report
- Supporting the capital raising efforts by completing due diligence questionnaires and maintaining the investor database
- Collaborating with cross-departmental teams and acting as the interface between the investment, investor relations, accounting, legal and compliance teams
- A bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or Economics, or MBA
- A CPA or CFA designation (preferred)
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in investor reporting, private equity real estate or ESG reporting
- Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills
- A strong interest in real estate and sustainability
