about this team
The team you are joining is central to delivering on lululemon\'s Digital future in our International markets. With our focus beyond our core North America business, we collaborate with our regional partners to understand their goals and - together with International leaders - we develop plans to live into our 5 year strategy, focused on accelerating our Digital presence in existing markets and identifying how we should be entering new markets both through evolving our direct-to-consumer model as well as alternative operating models.
a day in the life: what you\'ll do
This role will define our multi-year expansion strategy with Digital partners across International, identifying opportunities that align with Regional strategic priorities. It will provide central strategic oversight of existing partnerships - including Franchisees and Marketplaces - to deliver commercial success and standardized operating principles. And it will provide thought leadership to identify capabilities and processes to enable lululemon to scale partnerships:
