Reporting to Senior Director, Indigenous Relations in the City Manager\xe2\x80\x99s Office, with a dotted line reporting relationship with the General Manager, Real Estate, Environment and Facilities Management (REFM), the Manager, REFM Indigenous Relations supports the development and implementation of city-wide initiatives on Indigenous matters. Acting as a strategic advisor to the REFM senior leadership team, the Manager, REFM Indigenous Relations manages the department\xe2\x80\x99s overall approach to Indigenous government relations with the Three Coast Salish First Nations: Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh (MST) and urban Indigenous peoples.
It is envisioned that the Manager, REFM Indigenous Relations will eventually develop a small team of one to three individuals, depending on departmental needs over time.
